Department of Corrections Websites
The wonderful Mr. Fab sent me a link to the website for the Florida Department of Corrections. It seems that by visiting this website you can look up information on various inmates. It gives you the full name and the crimes they have been convicted of along with the sentences they received. The reason he sent me this was because he looked up Danny Rolling. You can see his information by clicking here. If that doesn’t work, just go to the main look up area which is the 1st link I gave and fill in the last name.
I checked to see if my state of Maryland has anything like this and they do to an extent. It just gives you the name and what prison they are currently serving in. It didn’t give any extra information.
I checked California as well but as far as I saw, there wasn’t a way to look up inmates online. You had to call in with a request and supply inmate information such as their full name, birthday and other information. NY State does offer online inmate searches though. It doesn’t give as much info as the Florida website but it does list the crimes that were committed and where they are currently located.
If you want to check out your state or just want to look an inmate up in the system, just do a Google search for that states Department of Corrections. For the CA search I just did “CA Department of Corrections” and the samething for NY.

Idaho has one. You only need the last name, or even first name if that’s all you’ve got. It also links to other related sites where you can look up sex offenders and the like.
Anyone know the name of the guy convicted of killing the prostitutes in Maryland. Baltimroe area or surrounding counties. I believe in the 1990’s.
It was either Baltimore or Anne Arundle county
Possibly caught in Brooklyn MD when attempting to kill another. He was known for taking them behind Shopping centers to do this if I am not mistaken.
I am seeking information on this man and his victims and the story of the crimes.

Arizona has an online inmate locator as well. You need inmate’s name and gender. It lists location, most recent move, reason for move, release date, parole date, violatins while in prison, custody level, etc… a plethora of information.
